It really felt like they had my best interests in mind.

The people who have had issues with 000WebHost Web hosting are those where they feel that the hosting provider did not follow the rules that they set out for themselves. They Come off As Unreliable

With all of the complaints that are out there, the most common one is that they are unreliable. There was one complaint I read about where they were only using 42MB with of disk space and their website got shut down. The initial reason to take a was that they were running some sort of scam. It was a perpetual Catch-22 with the client on the bitter end of the stick.

Now, this wasn’t my experience, but it was a complaint of the people. Many will say that 000WebHost Web hosting comes off as a scam. They say it is because every time they’ve needed customer support, their solution has been to get them to upgrade and pay for their Web hosting. That makes them come off as a marketing scam. Is it free up until you have problems and then you have to pay?

Bottom Line

For free Web hosting provider, I found them to be quite reliable and pleasurable to work with. However, I would have to take everything they say with a grain of salt simply because they are free. If I were building an e-commerce website, I would not choose 000WebHost hosting. However, if I just wanted to throw a few pictures together to share them, this would be the way to go.
