Terrible Live Chat Experience

Most of the time, I would say that merely offering the feature of live chat will be a positive thing. However, my experience says that they have some of the worst live chat I’ve ever seen. When I tried to get them online, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Once I was able to get them on the line, the technician on the other side appeared to be distracted and couldn’t keep up with the conversation. The wait time in between his seemingly scripted responses was at times over five minutes long.
