The only support feature that Resellerclub hosting is lacking is a direct phone number. They offer a 24/7 support ticketing system, email, and live Web chat. The live Web chat is always a welcome feature as many Web hosting providers fail to offer this.

As it is designed for webmasters, you’ll find features that are catered to them – not your average small business owner looking to host the website. Every one of their plans supports MySQL, PHP Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Apache, Perl, Python, Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, and SuperSite Storefront.
Plans, plans, and more plans
Reseller hosting offers just about anything that a webmaster could hope for. They offer combo plans, dedicated servers, managed servers, VPS hosting, shared hosting, comodo certificates, SiteLock security, CodeGuard backup, and more. That’s just to get you started. Every one of their plans gives you the option to choose from a Windows server or a Linux server. They have four personal hosting plans, 10 VPS plans, two shared plans, and four levels of service with their reselling hosting plans.
Knowledgeable sales team
They have a knowledgeable sales team. I really like that when I spoke with them, they didn’t feel pushed to sell me something I didn’t need. They know their products well and knew when a product wasn’t going to work for me. They didn’t push the issue, which was nice.
Verified 99.9 percent hosting uptime
Third-party data verify of they experience 99.9 percent hosting uptime. Back in 2010, it appeared that they were having uptime problems, but they appear to have ironed those out since then. Anyone looking to see how reliable a Web hosting provider may be, they may find just what they’re looking for with Resellerclub hosting.
Excellent pricing structure
You can’t always please everybody when it comes to prices. However, I’ve never seen a pricing structure quite like this. Most of the packages come with a 30 percent discount offer of some sort. On top of that, it appears that they really try to get you to try before you buy. This makes me feel as if they’re trying to get the product to sell itself rather than locking you into some sort of contract.
You get to choose your server location
This feature is unique. When you set up with them, they’ll ask you where you want to have your website hosted. They have servers strategically located all over the world and you can choose the one that is closest to your home location.
Downsides are Resellerclub hosting
Sometimes, some things are just too good to be true. This may be the case with Resellerclub hosting.
Poor hosting reviews
Everywhere you go online, Resellerclub hosting is plagued with poor reviews. I did find it interesting that a lot of these reviews were at least 4 years old. However, that doesn’t excuse them from some of the more recent ones. It’s also difficult to chalk it up to a disgruntled employee or someone who had a bad experience – there are too many of them to count.
Poor support response time
This may go hand in hand with their poor hosting reviews, but one of the debates that you can find in online forums in regards to Resellerclub hosting is how long it took for support personnel to get back to them on their issue. They range from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. For me, waiting more than a couple of hours when I have an issue with my site is unacceptable.
Higher domain prices
They may have excellent prices when they sell their plans, but you can afford to look elsewhere when it comes to registering your domain name. It’s almost as if this is where they make their money. It makes sense, as they are a reselling provider. If you’re reselling most of the time, it’s far more convenient to go through the home location than it is to look elsewhere and then import it.
Issues with critical issue updates
One of the chief complaints I found online was people are having issues with critical issue updates. Whenever there is a critical issue update, people were complaining that they were having a hard time receiving it or receiving errors when trying to download or install it.
Bottom line
A lot of the issues that I found with Resellerclub hosting stemmed from over four years ago. In recent years, it’s harder to find issues with them. They have solid uptime, and customizable plans, and provide everything that a webmaster could hope for.
